Refund policy

Changed your mind? If you bought tyres from GripAndGo and they are still unused, you can send them back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What counts as unused

• Not fitted to a wheel, and not mounted or balanced.
• Not driven on.
• In the condition they arrived in, with their labels still attached.

How to return tyres

1. Use the form below, or email contact@gripandgo.co.uk, within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and which tyres you are returning.
2. We will reply with the returns address and instructions. Please wait for this before posting anything.
3. Send the tyres back within 14 days of telling us you want to return them.

Return postage

If you are returning tyres because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending them back. If a tyre is faulty, or we sent you the wrong one, we cover the return cost.

Your refund

Once we receive the tyres and check they are unused, we refund you within 14 days. That includes the price of the tyres and any standard delivery charge you paid, if you return the whole order. The money goes back to the payment method you used.

If tyres come back used, fitted or damaged, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

Faulty tyres

This policy is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. If a tyre is faulty or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 whether or not it has been used. Contact us and we will put it right.
